Wellington Model Power Boat Club

Race day presented us with good whether with conditions suitable for the catscrap to be run first thing as conditions were expected to deteriorate during the day, and it did.

With the catscrap over the offshore boats had good conditions at the start of racing with conditions getting worse as the the racing progressed, but not to bad that racing had to be abandoned. It was testing event even for the larger boats. Needless to say the rescue boat had a fair amount of work.

Many thanks to those who traveled some distance to attend the meeting and to those who organized the event. This wouldn't have been such a fantastic event without you.
